Rodaviamalta.com operates as an information service. We connect travellers with rental providers in Malta. When you book through our platform, your rental contract is with the supplier named in your voucher, not with Rodavia.

Service Description

This website provides search, comparison, and booking tools. The confirmation voucher contains details of the rental provider, their address, contact information, and the terms that apply to your hire. Those terms govern your agreement.

We pass your request to the supplier and relay their confirmation. Any questions about vehicle condition, insurance coverage, additional charges, or roadside support should be directed to the provider listed in the voucher.

Responsibilities

The rental provider is responsible for the vehicle, the hire agreement, and any services mentioned in the voucher. Rodavia does not own, operate, or maintain vehicles. We do not act as principal in the transaction.

You must meet the age, licence, and identification requirements specified by the supplier. Bring your voucher, driving licence, and a payment card accepted by the provider when you collect the vehicle.

Booking Advance and Payments

Some bookings require an advance payment at the time of reservation. The balance, along with any deposit or optional extras, is settled directly with the rental provider according to the voucher terms.

Cancellation and refund rules are stated in the voucher and apply as written by the supplier.

Information Accuracy

We work to keep vehicle details, availability, and location information current. Rental providers update their inventory and terms independently. If you notice a discrepancy between what you see on the site and what appears in your voucher, the voucher takes precedence.

Limitation of Liability

Rodavia is not liable for events arising from the rental itself: vehicle defects, accidents, fines, delays, or disputes with the supplier. Your recourse is with the provider named in the voucher.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website or error-free operation of booking tools.

We may update this page to reflect operational changes or legal requirements. Continued use of the site after modifications constitutes acceptance. Check back periodically if you have concerns.
